Stutter Step Drill

Tennis is about staggered movements, quick little steps, then how do you find your balance before you hit the ball. One of the best ways to warm up before a match is to practice your footwork and balance with the stutter step drill.

Every court has a doubles alley. We’re going to use the alley for a quick warmup. It only takes a few minutes. You can use 3 cones or 3 balls for the stutter step drill to get yourself warmed up and ready to be athletic.
